For 15 years, Noga has served as investor relations (IR) counsel to some of Israel's largest corporations, Nasdaq-traded companies, venture capital firms and technology startups. Prior to founding FisherKahn in 2004, she was Principal of Fisher Financial Communications while also consulting for Jerusalem Global Investment Banking/Yazam and Isratec Strategic Marketing. From 1996 to 2000, she was a Partner in Chertoff & Company Ltd. Noga received her BA, magna cum laude, from Bryn Mawr College, Philadelphia.
David has over 20 years of experience as corporate/securities attorney, business development executive and financial communications counsel to US and Israeli companies. Prior to forming FisherKahn in 2004, David was VP Business Development of Poalim Venture Services, a division of Bank Hapoalim, and EVP and General Counsel of VCIX, a former Nasdaq listed internet firm. David was an associate and partner at Gusrae, Kaplan, Bruno & Nusbaum, PLLC, a Wall Street law firm, from 1982 to 1988, and worked at Goldfarb Seligman & Co.from 1989 to 2000. He received his BA, cum laude, from Yeshiva College, and JD from Cardozo School of Law, NYC. He is admitted to the New York and Israel Bars.
